Along with CRC Group, Prolac completed works on Mont Albert Place, a new luxury landmark in Melbourne's fastest growing locale.
Comprised of 44 apartments and 4 townhouses the apartment building is located next door to Kingsley Gardens. The scope involved apartments, common areas, corridors, townhouses, basements and external façade, including multiple intricate and artisian finishes to the exterior.
