Flinders Gate

Originally the Ball & Welch and Commercial Travellers Association buildings completed in 1899 and the early 19th century. These building are now part of an iconic mixed-use development that is set to become John Hollands new Victorian Headquarters. Prolac met delicate heritage guidelines to restore paint work to the existing façade in order to preserve the building’s history.
