Alongside Multiplex, Prolac completed Melbourne’s finest residential apartment building, Capitol Grand.
On the crossroads of Toorak Rd and Chapel St, Capitol Grand houses 3 levels of retail and a collection of residential above. 406 luxury apartments across two buildings were organised with specialty wallpaper finishes, feature painting, polished plaster and render throughout the entirety of the buildings.
